"Helping the body to find its own inner healing"

"I have benefitted in many ways that I had not thought possible.

I would recommend this treatment to anybody that finds life too much, with physical aches and pains as well as chronic illness.

The body has the ability to heal itself and craniosacral therapy supports the body to do this.

My body is calmer, my mind is too."

About Sharon...

I have been interested in complementary therapies for a long time using various therapies to help with my own health issues as well as those of my family. My first experience of complementary therapy was with homeopathy about 25 years ago.

My daughter had severe emotional problems which were made worse by having a dental brace fitted. A friend suggested craniosacral therapy (CST). The results were nothing short of miraculous. After a few sessions she began to calm down significantly and found a place of balance which is maintained with the help of CST. I then had some treatments myself and began to appreciate the effectiveness and depth of this treatment and I wanted to learn more about this amazing therapy.
